 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Christopher was fantastic! Arrived right on time, friendly, happy in his work. Very informative and taught me a lot about water heaters! Luckily for me, my problem was the pilot light. However, he also checked for gas, leaks and various other possible problems. Elston Walker was the water heater technician that Castle Works dispatched after regular hours when our 25 year old water heater went out with a splash😩Elston has a brand new up to date technology water heater installed within 2 hours. His service was thorough and well explained. He also decided to not bill extra on an existing condition and he chose not to pursue.
