We needed to replace our large 100 gal water heater (4.5 Ba house) and called Castleeworks when some slight leakage was visible in the drain pan.  Great same-day service by Salvador Vidales, who provided the price estimate, consulted with us on options, and got us an additional discount because we were replacing with the exact same brand that they usually install, so no new major piping was rquired other than the usual new connectors. Waived the delivery fee for the new unit which was in Pomona several hours away on high traffic congestion day.. Salvador was also the installer, very capable and workmanlike.  Had the whole worksite set up and old unit ready for removal when the delivery/installation guys arrived on the hottest day of the year. When the new alumuinum drain pan got dented in the installation on our raised pad which didn't look good, he pro-actively had the team pull the new unit back off and installed another replacement drain pan to make sure we were happy with the results.  After the delivery guys left when the unit was in place, he worked for several more hours finishing at 7 pm.  Showed good workmanship, gave us good advice.  We were very happy with Salvador and the company so far at this point.  Obviously the proof of the pudding will be in the new unit and our service contracts and warranties, but we're off to a very good start and would highly recommend based on this experience on Day One!

I am more than satisfied with the service I received from Castleworks Home Services.  From taking my phone call after hours when I discovered that my water heater was broken and leaking, and scheduling an appointment for the very next day… to keeping me updated on the estimated arrival time of my technician including a text with his full name and photo ID was truly impressive.  But what was even more impressive is the actual service itself.  Justin, the technician, was extremely easy to work with.  He was knowledgeable, polite, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and completed all of the work in one visit. We have just had 2 excellent experiences with Castleworks. Picked up the phone right away and was great with communication via phone and text to keep us informed as to when our technician would be out. And Justin the technician himself was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, worked clean and quick. We had such a good experience we ended up calling them back out right away for another issue with A/C that was long overdue and had another great experience with Brendan. James Skresvig went above and beyond for me. He even changed a hose for me, completely unrelated to the job he came to do, just to help me out because I didn't have the right tool.
