He also pointed out several improvements I could make to enhance our system, which I definitely plan to consider in the future. Chris patiently answered all my questions, provided valuable maintenance advice, and explained everything clearly and professionally.

Chris Dohrer was the technician assigned to us he was very knowledgeable and efficient while replacing our old water heater. He explained all our options and cost associated to each one. We're thankful to Castle Works as well for scheduling the visit on Labor day and would recommend them if you needed repair or inspection in a pinch.
