Our previous water heater cracked due to the age of it. We had our previous one for 18 years. Chris Dohrer was the technician assigned to us he was very knowledgeable and efficient while replacing our old water heater. He explained all our options and cost associated to each one. We're thankful to Castle Works as well for scheduling the visit on Labor day and would recommend them if you needed repair or inspection in a pinch.Posted on Google

I talked with Jessica who was friendly from the moment she answered the phone and she got a professional technician to come out to the house within an hour an 1/2. Miguel was amazing! He checked everything thing out before quoting us a price. He had everything in his truck! We didn’t have to wait until a week day to replace the tank! His work was extremely clean and time efficient. He explained everything! Everything is up to code too now! Hope not to see you for another ten years! We got 13year on our last one! Chris explained everything simply and clearly to my husband and me, and told us what our options were. Chris is a hard-working, kind, and cheerful young man. He did everything that he said he would, and left everything in a neat manner. He put our old water heater in a place out-of-the-way and said that the service technician who was coming on Monday to put in the new tankless water heater would take the old one away because their truck had more room.
