Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent timely service by an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable technician, Christopher! He was very informative and educated me about water heaters and fixed the problem quickly. He also educated me about possible future repairs and maintenance. I really appreciated his expertise.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service from Miguel from Castle Work. He gave an offer and lowered the price when asked for discount. Answered all my questions and given enough tips to troubleshoot common issues with the water heater. I thought of getting an electric hybrid water heater, I got the new gas system for an affordable price. Thank you CastleWorks.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our previous water heater cracked due to the age of it. We had our previous one for 18 years.
Chris Dohrer was the technician assigned to us he was very knowledgeable and efficient while replacing our old water heater. He explained all our options and cost associated to each one. We're thankful to Castle Works as well for scheduling the visit on Labor day and would recommend them if you needed repair or inspection in a pinch.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to haggle the price a bit, nothing unexpected. Showed up with a replacement unit on the truck. Excellent work. Patient and thorough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Castle Works has fantastic employees and service. They give you a returning customer discount and Or Military discount that make price’s affordable.
I talked with Jessica who was friendly from the moment she answered the phone and she got a professional technician to come out to the house within an hour an 1/2.
Miguel was amazing! He checked everything thing out before quoting us a price. He had everything in his truck! We didn’t have to wait until a week day to replace the tank!
His work was extremely clean and time efficient. He explained everything! Everything is up to code too now! Hope not to see you for another ten years! We got 13year on our last one! However, if something does go wrong I’m calling you guys!
Thank you, Castleworks! Your a top notch Company!
